Emmet's is the creative force behind a unique, homegrown experience called The Schluckebier. Our annual event, held on the square in Fayette, Missouri, has had thousands of guests swilling hundreds of gallons of beer, licking tasty Emmet's BBQ sauce off their fingers from thousands of pounds of our apple wood pork ribs, and devouring hundreds of pots of peel n' eat shrimp. Event goers also get to enjoy music, dancing the night away.
